Funny or Die posted this video yesterday about Prop 8. Now, of course this is political (or civil rights), but it's also funny and has some awesome appearances.

Highlights: Allison Janney giving it to John C. Reilly to illustrate sodomy, Jack Black as Jesus and my favorite Neil Patrick Harris.
Drawback: Maya Rudolph and her stupid voice
