The first is a beer ad from Ads of the World. Its self explanatory, and made me laugh (click on the image to expand).
The second merits a little more discussion. It is the Periodic Table of Awesoments. I'll let you look at it first and then I'll give you my thoughts (again, click to expand).
I understand how bacon and ninja are way up there, but I don't understand how boobs is all the way down at 13. This doesn't make sense to me. And sex is 113! Really? Plus coffee makes the list but no Red Bull? Who made this chart? This is preposterous.
Perhaps over my Christmas vacation, I will make some edits and post it back.

To be fair, the Period Table of Elements isn't really a ranking system. It's just a way of organizing, and the number is relevant to the weight of the element. Clearly, this table isn't based on weight ("Hologram" being 99) - but it is categorized well.
