Posted by MajorLBIt probably helps that the one guy looks like Gob, but this made me laugh. According to YouTube it's making fun of their boss who moonlights as a musician. These guys are interns at a "Youth Marketing Agency" called Archrival which is located where Double M, DWheezy, and I went to school.
Added bonus: read the nigerian scammer emails on the Archrival site. Not quite the follow-thru of P-p-powerbook, but clever.

I totally wanted to work there when I was in school.
That video would have been better with some Europe, but I'll let it slide. The guy is a shoe in for Steve Holt's brother.
